Perry, who is the Chairman of China Travel Service (Hong Kong) Limited, is also elected as a Legislative Council Member (Tourism) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Perry is devoted to serving the travel industry. He holds a number of relevant positions, including member of the Tourism Strategy Committee, board member of the Airport Authority, member of the Harbourfront Commission, member of the Committee on Taxi Service Quality, Vice Chairperson of the Travel Industry Training Advisory Committee, member of the Travel Industry Authority and observer at Board Meetings of Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong .

Perry actively involved in youth development and community service, currently serving as a Council Member of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Additionally, he is the Honorary Secretary of Hong Kong Army Cadets Association.
